1. Be lawful
Do not use Lonelyheartz sites or services to break the law, traffic in stolen data, harass people, commit fraud, or evade sanctions. Do not attempt to probe, scan, or attack systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
2. Respect people
Do not upload or send content that is exploitative of minors, that threatens violence, or that is intended solely to demean a person. Dignity is a company value; abuse of our channels is grounds for refusal of service.
3. Protect accounts and access
Do not share login credentials you do not control, bypass authentication, or impersonate Lonelyheartz staff. Do not seek out unpublished administrative interfaces or attempt to access systems that are not part of the public product experience.
4. Honest use of protection tools
Zero-Fraud and similar protection features are for monitoring and reporting activity related to accounts and identities you are authorized to protect. Do not use them to stalk, dox, or interfere with other people’s lawful finances.
5. Creative and IP tools
Dreamz-Catcherz and related creative-protection features are for recording and protecting work you have a right to claim. Do not submit others’ confidential material as your own or use dated records to manufacture false provenance.
6. AI and server capacity
When using LonelyheartzAI Majestyk or related builder features, do not run workloads that violate law, mine cryptocurrency against host rules, distribute malware, or attempt to escape isolation boundaries. Purchased capacity is for legitimate builder use; free helpers must not be abused as a substitute for paid server time in ways that degrade the service for others.
7. No disruption
Do not overload, flood, or automate access in ways that degrade lonelyheartz.info or related services. Reasonable indexing by well-behaved public search engines is allowed; destructive scraping is not.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend access, or contact appropriate authorities when harm is credible. We are not obligated to monitor everything, but we will act when misuse is clear.
9. Reporting
Report abuse or security concerns related to this site to hello@lonelyheartz.info (placeholder company inbox). Include enough detail to investigate; do not attach malware samples casually.
10. Updates
We may revise this AUP as products and risks evolve. The effective date will change when we publish updates on lonelyheartz.info.
